Technical Consultation & Advisory Sessions: Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time by emailing us. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' prior notice are eligible for a full refund of the service fee (net of non-refundable gateway processing charges and taxes). Rescheduling requests can also be accommodated without extra charges.
Android App, SketchUp Tool & Web Development Packages: If you wish to cancel an order before official project kickoff has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of the project fee (net of applicable gateway transaction fees). Once official project kickoff has commenced (including initial architecture drafts, UI/UX designs, code modules, or 3D asset scripts), the initial kickoff advance deposit is strictly non-refundable to cover preliminary engineering and design expenditure. Any mid-project cancellation thereafter is evaluated strictly based on uninitiated future milestones.
To initiate a refund request, please email our support team at synolaxies@gmail.com with your payment reference ID, order details, and reason for cancellation within 7 days of the transaction.
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval status via email.
Payment Gateway Terms & Fee Deductions: In the event of an approved cancellation, refunds are administered strictly in accordance with third-party payment gateway and banking settlement rules. Where transaction processing charges and statutory taxes are reversed in full by the gateway partner, clients receive the full eligible refund amount (as determined by the cancellation terms in Section 1). If non-refundable payment gateway transaction fees, merchant processing charges, or government levies are retained by the payment aggregator, the eligible refund will be disbursed net of those mandatory deductions.
Approved refunds are initiated immediately upon signoff. The disbursed amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to standard inter-bank clearing cycles.
